Can I reschedule my appointment?
Rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule your appointment the same day, it will be considered a cancellation, which will result in a full charge of the service and/or lose your deposit for the service.
Can I make a same day cancellation?
Yes, you can cancel your appointment the same day; however, you will be charged the full price of the service and/or lose your deposit for the service.
What happens if I didn't call or show up to my appointment?
All no calls and no shows will result in a full charge of the service and/or lost of deposit for the service and you will also be blocked from scheduling any future service.
I'm running late, what should I do?
We have a 10 minute grace period for all scheduled services. If you haven't arrived within the 10 minute grace period, you will be charged for the full service and/or lose your deposit for the service.
Why do I need to leave a deposit?
Deposits are required to hold your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and are used towards your service. You may use your deposit to reschedule once, but the rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance, otherwise you forfeit you deposit.
