How do I return my product?
Due to the nature of our products, Gorgeously Bare does not accept returns or exchanges on products.
What should I do if my product is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product is damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days from order delivery. Gorgeously Bare insures all packages, so we will file a claim. Please show proof of damage caused by the shipping handler. We will ask you to show photos of the condition the package was received in.
Any parcel returned by the recipient, shall be refused and returned back to the sender at their expense.
I received the wrong product, what should I do?
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
Please email us at email@example.com. We will send out the correct merchandise. If you received the wrong apparel, we will send you the correct item and a return shipping label. Please return the incorrect item within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label.
Is my body butter damaged?
Our body butters are all natural, so the body butter may melt in warmer climates. If your body butter melts, it is not damaged.
